The AustCham Singapore Business Awards is back this year on Thursday, 12 November 2026 at the iconic Capitol Theatre. Join us for A Night at the Theatre as we celebrate the strength of the Australia-Singapore business community. This year, we are proud to have Qantas and the Brisbane Economic Development Agency (BEDA) as Co-Presenting Partners for the event.

The Business Awards are presented annually, providing an opportunity to celebrate and recognise individuals and businesses that have made a significant contribution to the economic relationship between Australia and Singapore.
The award categories allow new, emerging and established Australian and Singaporean businesses to be recognised and celebrated by their peers at this end-of-year event featuring the Awards presentation, dinner, dancing and networking.
Nominations for the 2026 Business Awards were open until Wednesday, 16 September. Tickets are now available for the Business Awards. Head to the event page to secure your seat.

AustCham Singapore Business Awards celebrates the success of the Australia-Singapore business community, shining the spotlight on individuals and businesses that have made significant contributions to the economic relationship between the two countries.
With 2 new awards added this year, the full list of Business Awards categories are:
The premier AustCham Singapore Business Award is given to a Singaporean company that has demonstrated a significant commitment to Australian trade and investment and developed a strong business alliance with Australia.
Awarded to an Australian company based in Singapore that has demonstrated a significant commitment to Singapore and the region, as well as outstanding performance in its field.
Previously named Sustainability Award, this is awarded to a company who has demonstrated excellence in sustainability as core to its business. The company is a champion of sustainable business practices, showing commitment and innovation in its operations and/or solutions.
A new category added for the 2026 Business Awards, this is awarded to an SME or start-up that is driving innovative approaches to sustainability through its products, services, business model or operations. The company demonstrates how entrepreneurship, creativity and purpose can contribute to building a more sustainable future.
Awarded to a company that has used technology and digitisation to innovate and create new opportunities, transforming its industry to make a significant impact in the future.
Awarded to a start-up based in Singapore that is in the early stage of commercialisation with high growth and promise to scale up in a larger market.
Previously named the Purpose & Impact Award, this is awarded to a company that has embedded purpose as core part of its operating model. The award showcases the company’s efforts towards a more diverse, equitable and inclusive society, through both its internal and external activities. The business demonstrates a positive impact and inclusiveness to broader society on key focus area, including, but not limited to ethnicity, age, disability, sexuality, gender identity, religious belief, socioeconomic background, educational attainment, neurodiversity or any other aspect of diversity.
A new category for the 2026 Business Awards, this is awarded to an emerging business that has embedded purpose as a core part of its identity and operating model. The award recognises SMEs and start-ups that demonstrate a genuine commitment to creating positive social impact through their people, products, services, operations or community initiatives.
The company demonstrates how businesses of all sizes can contribute towards a more diverse, equitable and inclusive society through meaningful action. This may include initiatives that support diversity and inclusion across areas such as ethnicity, age, disability, sexuality, gender identity, religious belief, socioeconomic background, educational attainment, neurodiversity or other aspects of diversity.
The award recognises businesses that may be at an earlier stage of growth but have shown clear ambition, creativity and measurable impact in advancing a more inclusive society.
